“Our daughter has been exposed to baby signs since she was five months old. Ailura was about seven months old when she began to use her simple signs like "more" and "cup". Her dad was curious to learn more about baby sign language, so he and I attended a parent Baby Signs workshop. The workshop was a life changing experience because we came together to become better equipped on how we could help her make the best of being an infant with a limited vocabulary.  Many individuals have shared that they are amazed that our little one-year-old has such effective communication and an extensive vocabulary. I cannot imagine our lives without baby sign language. Ailura, her father, and I use English, Spanish, and Sign Language in our daily lives.”
